Please note: We cannot offer refunds on the following:
- Pierced Jewellery
- Swim Wear and Intimates if the hygiene seal is not in place or it has been broken
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Beauty lines and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
- Underwear/Swimwear/Intimates can only be returned if the Hygiene Seal has not been removed.
- Shoes must be tried indoors
- Items must have all tags attached
- Any returns must be made at your own cost. Please keep your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way be to Anything But Cute Fashion & Design.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- Please return unsuitable items within 28 days of receiving your order
- Please return items in their original packaging.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?
We apologize we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns are made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. A returns label will be included in your parcel.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FROM AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND/INTERNATIONAL?
- Re – Pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
- Cover you address label with The Anything But Cute Fashion & Design returns label found on the bottom left of your delivery note, or download a new one from the link below.
- Return the package by using the Post Office Counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of posting.
- Keep your receipt of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. There is a RETURNS LABEL included in your parcel. If you have misplaced this label, you can download a new RETURNS LABEL. This can be found in Order History in “My Account”

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
If you receive a faulty item, please return to us within 30 days of receipt of the faulty goods. Please remember to get in touch with Anything But Cute Customer Service Team prior to returning. You can do so by filling a Customer Service Form and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We aim to process your return ASAP, however, on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30days of returning the item(s) please contact us as soon as possible with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will get right on it and get it done for you.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
As soon as the return of goods has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer or bank institution has been
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
At this moment we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return items please follow the steps stated in “HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?”
